KingExchange Terms & Conditions
Last reviewed: 10 July 2026 · KingExchange desk
Effective: 10 July 2026 · Last reviewed: 10 July 2026 · Applies to kingxchange.co.in and King Exchange IDs issued through it.
The short version: you must be 18 or older, one King Exchange ID per person, deposits start at ₹100, verified withdrawals typically land in 15–30 minutes, and fair play is enforced. Everything below explains those rules — and the rest — in plain English.
Nobody enjoys reading a terms page, so this one is written the way our support desk actually talks: short sentences, real numbers, no legalese where a plain word will do. These terms are still a binding agreement between you and the King Exchange network desk that operates kingxchange.co.in and issues IDs through it — plain wording doesn't make them optional.
One scope note before the numbered sections. Where this page and the in-panel rules for a specific market say different things, the market rules shown at the moment you place a stake govern that trade. For everything else — accounts, payments, conduct, closures — this page is the reference.
The Five Rules That Matter Most
- You're 18 or older. No exceptions, no borrowed IDs, no "it's for my cousin".
- One person, one ID — registered to a WhatsApp number you actually own and answer.
- Stake only what you can afford to lose. This is entertainment with financial risk, not a way to earn a living.
- Play fair. No automation, no duplicate accounts, no exploiting obvious rate errors, no chargebacks.
- Withdrawals return the way money came in — to a bank account in your own name, after a one-time verification.
If you remember nothing else from this page, remember those five. Nearly every dispute the desk has handled since 2015 traces back to one of them.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
Creating or using a King Exchange ID through kingxchange.co.in means you accept these terms in full. You must be at least 18, and it's your responsibility to confirm that skill gaming with stakes is permitted where you live.
There's no signature page here. The moment you message the desk for an online cricket ID, complete a king exchange login, or place a stake, you've accepted this agreement — all of it, not just the convenient parts. You can't accept on behalf of someone else, and you can't hand your acceptance to a friend along with your password.
Age comes first. Eighteen is the minimum, full stop. We don't run an age-gate popup and call it a day; age is checked against payment details during payout verification, which is much harder to fake than a checkbox. An ID found to belong to a minor is closed immediately.
Local law comes second, and it's on you. India treats games of skill differently from state to state, and rules change. Before you deposit a rupee, confirm that using an exchange-style trading service is lawful where you are. The desk can't audit every jurisdiction on your behalf, and "I didn't know" has never reversed a state law.
2. Your Account & ID
One ID per person, registered to a real WhatsApp number you control. You're responsible for keeping your credentials private, and selling, renting, or sharing an ID is a closing offence.
Your King Exchange ID is personal — it belongs to one human, the one whose WhatsApp number registered it. That number matters because the desk runs everything through it: welcome credentials, deposit confirmations, payout updates, and account recovery if you're ever locked out. A borrowed or virtual number breaks all of that, usually at the worst possible moment.
Credential safety is a shared job. Our side: the desk never asks for your full password in chat, and any message claiming otherwise is a scam you should report on +91-8109711726. Your side: keep the password to yourself, don't reuse the one from your email, and tell the desk within 24 hours if you spot a login or a trade you don't recognise. Stakes placed from your ID before you report a compromise are treated as yours — that's the honest reason we nag about password hygiene.
Selling, renting, or lending an ID is prohibited without exception. So is opening a second ID because the first one hit a rough patch. Either gets every linked account reviewed and, in most cases, closed.
3. Deposits, Balances & Withdrawals
Deposits start at ₹100 through UPI, IMPS, or Net Banking. Verified withdrawals typically land in 15–30 minutes. First payouts include a one-time identity check, and the name on your bank account must match your ID.
The minimum deposit is ₹100 — deliberately low, so you can test the panel without committing serious money. Deposits are credited once the desk confirms the transfer, usually within minutes on UPI and a little longer on IMPS or Net Banking during bank processing windows. Always pay from an account in your own name; third-party deposits are the single most common reason a payout gets held for review.
Your balance is a gaming balance, not a bank account. It earns no interest and isn't insured like a deposit. It exists to be staked or withdrawn — those are its only two jobs.
Withdrawals go back through the same rails, to an account matching the name on your ID. Once verified, 15–30 minutes is the typical wait. Four things slow a payout down, in order of frequency: a name mismatch between bank account and ID, your first-ever withdrawal (which triggers the one-time check), bank-side downtime or transfer cut-off windows, and unusually large amounts that get a manual look. None of these are punishments — they're the checks that keep the 15–30 minute promise honest for everyone else.
4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
An exchange only works if every trade is placed by a human, on their own single ID, at genuine rates. The conduct below gets accounts reviewed, frozen, or closed.
- Automation — bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any tool that places or edits stakes faster than a person can.
- Multiple or linked accounts — second IDs, family-member fronts, or rings of accounts trading against each other.
- Exploiting rate errors — hammering an obviously wrong rate instead of reporting it. Trades matched at a clearly erroneous rate can be voided and resettled at the correct one.
- Chargebacks and payment reversals — depositing, playing through the balance, then disputing the payment with your bank.
- Third-party money — funding an ID from accounts that aren't yours, or cashing out to someone else's account.
- Abuse of staff — threats or harassment aimed at the support desk. The people answering your messages are human, and the desk protects them.
Consequences scale with intent. Honest mistakes get a warning and a fix. Deliberate abuse gets trades on the affected markets voided, the balance frozen while the desk investigates, and — in clear cases — permanent closure. Where an ID is closed for abuse, the desk returns verified deposits where the law requires it, but has no obligation to pay out earnings generated by the prohibited conduct itself.
5. Availability & Market Suspensions
The panel aims for 24x7 uptime but doesn't promise it, and individual markets can suspend at any moment. That's how a live cricket exchange works — it isn't a fault.
Maintenance windows, upstream data-feed hiccups, and the occasional outage happen; known downtime is posted on the Telegram channel. During a live match, rates move ball by ball, and a market may suspend mid-over around a wicket, a review, or a rain break. A matched stake stands at the rate it was matched; unmatched offers can be cancelled by you, or void automatically when the market closes. The desk isn't responsible for your connectivity — a stake that didn't reach the server before suspension was never placed, however unfair that feels in the moment.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything on kingxchange.co.in — the text, the design, the KingExchange wordmark — belongs to the King Exchange network. You get a personal licence to use it, not to copy it.
You may browse, link to, and screenshot this site for personal use. You may not scrape it, mirror it, republish its text, or use the KingExchange name in a way that suggests affiliation. Team names, tournament names, and cricket-board marks that appear here belong to their respective owners; KingExchange claims no association with the BCCI, the ICC, or any franchise, and uses those names only to describe which matches carry markets.
7. Risk Notice & Limitation of Liability
This is an entertainment service that involves genuine financial risk. Stakes can be lost in full, nothing on this site is financial advice, and the desk's liability is capped at the balance held on your ID.
We'd rather lose a sign-up than pretend otherwise: exchange trading is entertainment you pay for with risk. Rates reflect probabilities, probabilities go wrong, and any stake can lose completely. No page here — including the blog guides — is financial advice, a system, or a promise of profit, and anyone selling you a "guaranteed" method is lying to you.
On liability: to the extent the law allows, the desk's total liability for anything arising from this service is limited to the verified balance on your ID at the time of the claim. The desk isn't liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost time, or the stake you would have placed if your connection hadn't dropped. And if play stops being fun, the responsible gaming page covers deposit limits, cool-offs, and self-exclusion; the desk honours those requests without argument.
8. Termination
You can close your ID any time by messaging the desk. The desk can suspend or close an ID for breach of these terms, with any verified balance returned unless it's under investigation.
Closing your ID takes one WhatsApp message. The desk confirms it's really you, pays out any remaining verified balance through the usual rails, and deactivates the ID — usually the same day. If you're leaving because play stopped being fun, say so: the ID gets flagged so a re-registration attempt triggers a cooling-off conversation, not a fast lane back in.
On our side, an ID can be suspended during an investigation and closed for breach. Suspension isn't a verdict — most reviews finish within 72 hours with the account restored. A dormant ID with a zero balance may be deactivated after 12 months without a login; a dormant ID with a balance is never emptied, and the desk will try your registered WhatsApp number before anything else happens.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms get updated occasionally. The "Last reviewed" date at the top changes every time, and material changes are announced on the Telegram channel before they take effect.
When the wording changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it — that's your single source of truth. For anything material, such as fees, payout rules, or eligibility, the desk posts notice on Telegram and, where possible, messages active IDs on WhatsApp before the effective date. Continuing to use your ID after that date means you accept the new version. If you don't, close the ID and withdraw your balance — the old terms govern that final withdrawal.
10. Contact
Questions about anything on this page? Every channel is listed on the contact page — WhatsApp is fastest, phone works at +91-8109711726, and Telegram carries announcements.
A human replies around the clock. Mention which section you're asking about and you'll get a straight answer, not a copy-paste of this page. If something here seems to contradict what a support agent told you, ask the agent to escalate — the written terms take precedence, and the desk would rather correct an agent than surprise a player.
Terms & Conditions FAQ
The four questions the desk gets asked most about this page.
What is the minimum age to hold an ID?
18. That's a hard floor, not a guideline. Age is checked against payment details during payout verification, and an ID that turns out to belong to a minor is closed on the spot. If you're under 18, nothing on this site is for you.
Can two people share one King Exchange ID?
No. One ID belongs to one person — the one whose WhatsApp number registered it. Shared logins break payout verification, because the name on the withdrawal account has to match the ID holder. A friend who wants in can get their own ID in about two minutes.
How will I know when these terms change?
The 'Last reviewed' date at the top of this page changes every time the wording does, and material changes — fees, payout rules, eligibility — are announced on the Telegram channel before they take effect. Using your ID after the effective date counts as accepting the new version.
What happens if the fair-play rules are broken?
It depends on intent. An honest mistake, like a duplicate account opened by accident, usually ends with one account closed and a warning. Deliberate abuse — automation, exploiting a rate error, chargebacks — leads to voided trades, a frozen balance during review, and permanent closure in clear cases.
